Fig Black Genoa

The Black Genoa fig is a fast-growing deciduous tree prized for its stunning dark purple-skinned fruit and rich, sweet flavour. One of the most popular fig varieties in Australia, it's self-pollinating and produces generous crops that are perfect for fresh eating, drying, or making jams and preserves.

The fruit has a beautiful deep purple to black skin with soft, sweet red flesh inside — a real treat straight from the tree. Black Genoa is well suited to Australian conditions and performs reliably in warm and temperate climates.
