Shipping policy

All orders are packed with care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and happy.

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods, there may be slight delays-we'll always keep you updated.

To protect your plants from being held in transit over the weekend, we only ship orders on Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be sent the following Monday.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order and size.

We currently ship to QLD, NSW, VIC and SA.

Due to quarantine restrictions we don't send to WA, NT or TAS
