Feijoa "Pineapple Guava"

The Feijoa, also known as Pineapple Guava (Feijoa sellowiana), is a evergreen shrub that has silver foliage and stunning ornamental flowers. The fruit is an oval egg shape that has been described as a mix of pineapple, strawberry, guava, and mint. 

Plant two Feijoas close together to encourage cross-pollination and maximise your fruit set. They thrive in full sun and are suited to most Australian garden conditions. Note: protect from heavy frost when young. A rewarding, low-fuss fruiting shrub that looks as good as it tastes.
